1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food items, candles, and personal items), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any issue.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for purchase.

Once approved, refunds typically take 5 - 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible.
5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item is replaced due to damage or defect, Willow & Pine will cover return shipping costs.
